All-Inclusive Damage Protection Plan (AIDPP)
, which other car rental agency named it as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), is an optional protection that a renter must purchase at the time of booking. When purchased, AIDPP reduces the renter’s financial responsibility for physical damage to the exterior body of the rental vehicle, subject to the applicable deductible and exclusions listed below.

Deductible
In the event of qualifying damage covered under AIDPP, the renter is responsible for a deductible amount as specified in the rental agreement. Luminoso Motors Inc. will cover the remaining repair costs after the deductible, provided the damage falls within AIDPP coverage terms.

Coverage Scope
AIDPP covers direct physical damage to the exterior body panels of the rental vehicle resulting from a collision or impact during the rental period, provided the renter is in compliance with all terms of the rental agreement.

Wheels, tires, rims, glass, mirrors, lights, undercarriage, and roof damage.

Theft, vandalism, weather events, or acts of nature unless expressly included in writing.

Loss of use, diminished value, towing, storage, administrative fees, or related expenses.

Exclusions
AIDPP does not cover:

• Interior damage (including upholstery, dashboard, electronics, trim, odor removal, or spills).

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, reckless driving, racing, stunts, or illegal activity.

• Damage caused while the vehicle is operated by an unauthorized driver or in violation of the rental agreement.

Damage Reporting Requirements
The renter must immediately notify Luminoso Motors Inc. of any accident, collision, or damage. Failure to report damage promptly may void AIDPP coverage.

Condition of Use
AIDPP is valid only if the renter:

• Has paid for AIDPP in full prior to the damage.

• Was operating the vehicle in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable laws.

• Provides complete and accurate details of the incident when requested.

Right to Deny Coverage
Luminoso Motors Inc. reserves the right to deny AIDPP coverage if the renter is found to be in violation of the rental agreement or any exclusion listed in these terms.

No Insurance or Liability Waiver
AIDPP is NOT an insurance policy. It is a contractual waiver limiting the renter’s financial responsibility for certain damages. Renters are encouraged to rely on their personal auto insurance or credit card coverage where available.

Subrogation
If Luminoso Motors Inc. pays for repairs under AIDPP, it reserves the right to recover such costs from any responsible third party, including insurers.

Modification of Terms
Luminoso Motors Inc. may amend AIDPP terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of rental will apply to that booking.
